For faster service and shipping information: Call Phone 205-577-0149 or 205-629-7609. Call Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 (CST). We must have an address and phone number before we can ship your order. You will be advised of the actual shipping charges when you place your order.

Order by Mail
If you order by mail, please send 50% of the merchandise value for shipping and handling. We will evaluate your order weight and determine the most economic method of shipment. Payment must be made in United States funds (by cashiers check or money order), MasterCard, or Visa.


Payment Terms
All payments for transactions on Tigerodz.com are by credit card or check. Tigerodz.com accepts MasterCard and Visa cards. In compliance with credit card fraud prevention programs, and in order to better protect the interests of our users, Tigerodz.com validates credit card information and obtains approval/authorization from the credit card company in the amount of the purchase, including shipping, handling and sales tax (when applicable), at the time of each purchase.
Discrepancies between shipping information and the Credit Card Transaction form will result in delays or possibly in order cancellation. Payment terms are determined by the credit card issuing company.


Shipping & Handling
Please provide a street address as UPS will not ship to a P.O.Box. The shipping name & address must correspond to the name and billing address on the Credit Card or check. Shipping and handling charges subject to change without notice. UPS Shipping charges will be calculated on-line, directly by UPS.

Delivery of products
It is the policy of Tigerodz.com to ship all orders in a timely manner. But many products on Tigerodz.com. com are unique and may not be available at the time of order. Most products will be shipped within 7 days from date of order. If a longer time is required you will be advised by either mail, or e-mail. Tigerodz.com is not able to confirm the exact time-in-transit of any order at the time of ordering. Tigerodz.com will notify the purchaser of any back-ordered, delayed, or non-available items.


Returns
Our goal is100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Tigerodz.com, you may return it within 15 days from receipt of purchase, however, you must call for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning merchandise by UPS or U.S.Mail. Any Merchandise returned without an RAN will be refused, and purchaser will be liable for shipping in both directions.
Conditions for a refund:
- All products must be returned in like-new condition.
- All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- All merchandise must be returned in original packing (or acceptable substitute). - All labels, and shelf-packing must be returned with the product.
If damage has occurred during shipping, purchaser must hold damaged product(s) and original packing for 30 days following issuance of an RAN, unless instructed otherwise, pending inspection of damaged products.
Tigerodz.com is the final arbiter of the approval of any return of merchandise for whatever material reason.
If a refund is appropriate, your purchase price will be refunded(less shipping and handling charges), exchanged or you will be issued a credit equal to your original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
